The 2091 Particulate Filter can be used to prevent some solid and suspended particles. It can be utilized in a variety of workplace applications, including petrochemical, chemical manufacturing, construction, transportation, facility sanitation, general manufacturing, and industrial maintenance.

The 2091 filter retainer is used with the 6000/7000/6200/6800/FF-400 series and cannot be used alone. Please confirm this is the model you need before placing an order. The filter cotton cannot be cleaned, and when the breathing resistance becomes large or the filter cotton is dirty or damaged, it should be replaced. When the cumulative use time of the filter cotton reaches 40 hours or 30 days, whichever comes first, the filter cotton should be replaced.

The package includes 2091 Particulate Filters. The 2091 filter is suitable for solid particulate matter, spray liquid, oily particulate matter welding, metal thermal processing and other metal fume, radioactive particulate matter (such as uranium, plutonium), asbestos, and dust.

To test the negative pressure tightness, the user should press the thumb against the center of the filter and inhale gently. The facepiece should collapse slightly and move closer to the face. If gas leaks between the face and the mask, the position of the mask should be re-adjusted, and the tightness of the headband should be adjusted to achieve a good fit.

For the positive pressure tightness test, the user should cover the valve with their palm and exhale slowly outwards. The mask should expand slightly outwards. If gas leaks from between the face and the mask, the position of the mask should be re-adjusted, and the tightness of the headband should be adjusted to achieve a good fit.

It is important to note that the product cannot produce oxygen, so it should not be used when the oxygen concentration is lower than 19.5%.

The 2091 filter cotton, in combination with reusable face shields (not included in the package), can be used in a variety of occasions, such as painting, welding, metal cutting, sanding work, renovation work, and decorating carpentry. The filter adopts a double filtration system that can effectively obstruct pollen, dust, lead paint, asbestos, and other particles in the air.
